We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly organized Project Coordinator Intern to join our fast-moving team. If you're someone who thrives on keeping things on track, loves structure, and wants to gain real-world experience in managing agency operations, this internship is for you.
You will work closely with our team to coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, ensure team alignment, and help streamline processes.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Assist in planning and managing project timelines, deliverables, and checklists
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, marketers, etc.)
- Track project statuses and follow up with team members for updates
- Help maintain ClickUp / Asana or similar project management tools
- Prepare simple reports and updates on project progress
- Work closely with the founders and operations team to learn the behind-the-scenes of agency workflow
Ideal Candidate
- You love organizing chaos and bringing structure to things
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Slack
- Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into a core role over time
