- Serving as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Managing patient relations and striving for patient satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing communication plans to promote hospital services, events, and achievements.
- Liaising with hospital administration, clinical teams, and marketing to ensure effective communication and patient engagement.
- Event Management & Outreach:
- Organizing and coordinating hospital events, health camps, and community outreach programs.
- Facilitating CSR activities and community engagement initiatives.
- Content Creation & Dissemination:
- Creating and distributing various communication materials, including press releases, website content, and social media updates.
- Ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
- Relationship Building:
