Job Purpose
To plan, prepare, and deliver effective teaching and learning for students in the primary section, ensuring their holistic development in academic, social, emotional, and co-curricular domains.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Learning
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and participation.
- Use innovative teaching strategies and integrate technology to enhance learning outcomes.
2. Student Development
- Monitor and support the overall development of students in academics and character building.
- Identify learning needs of students and provide appropriate support, including remedial teaching.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
3. Assessment & Reporting
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and share feedback with parents.
- Prepare report cards, progress reports, and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
4. Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
- Ensure students develop respect, responsibility, and good behavior.
5. Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work closely with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership for academic planning.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and continuous professional development.
- Contribute to school events, assemblies, and community activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.).
- Graduate in relevant subject (preferred).
- Prior teaching experience in a primary school setting desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
