We’re hiring a smart executor who can:
- Close property deals
- Coordinate with banks and clients for loan processing
- Manage paperwork, data entry, and financial calculations

Must-Have Skills:
- 2–3 years of real estate sales experience (leasing or residential sales)
- Fluent in English and Marathi
- Strong in calculation, Excel entries, agreements, registration follow-up
- Experience handling loan papers, NOCs, sale deeds, and bank coordination
- Knows stamp duty, registration, brokerage, etc.
- Must own a bike (local travel required)
- RERA certificate preferred – if not, we’ll support it
- Age between 25–30 years
