Property Sales Executive

We’re hiring a smart executor who can:

• Close property deals

• Coordinate with banks and clients for loan processing

• Manage paperwork, data entry, and financial calculations

Must-Have Skills:

• 2–3 years of real estate sales experience (leasing or residential sales)

• Fluent in English and Marathi

• Strong in calculation, Excel entries, agreements, registration follow-up

• Experience handling loan papers, NOCs, sale deeds, and bank coordination

• Knows stamp duty, registration, brokerage, etc.

• Must own a bike (local travel required)

• RERA certificate preferred – if not, we’ll support it

• Age between 25–30 years
