What is The Role
We're always looking for motivated, detail-oriented people who are eager to learn and grow their skills. Right now, we're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Elastic IT Team. This team supports critical business operations while helping enhance and improve our various SaaS platforms.
In this role, you'll help keep projects organized, track progress, and make sure information flows smoothly between team members and stakeholders. You'll play a key role in supporting initiatives like improving customer tools, streamlining processes, and keeping project documentation up to date. This position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
We're looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, and enjoys problem-solving. You should feel comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization, have a keen eye for detail, and be open to learning new tools and methods.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist Project Managers in organizing, tracking, and reporting on project activities and milestones.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task lists.
- Update project tracking tools (such as Kanban boards, Jira, or similar) to reflect current progress.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks and deliverables are on track.
- Help identify risks or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager when needed.
- Support communication between teams to ensure alignment and clarity on next steps.
- Work with transformation teams to keep business project tasks on track.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or similar support role (internships or co-op experience welcome).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Interest in learning about project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, SPM).
- Experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, ERP (SAP, Netsuite, etc)
- Any project management coursework or certifications (e.g., CAPM, Scrum Fundamentals).
