The Project coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and following up on tasks assigned across departments to ensure timely completion. This role involves tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and providing operational support to improve workflow efficiency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign tasks to team members based on priorities.
- Regularly follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely updates from responsible persons.
- Maintain and update task trackers, reports, and dashboards.
- Escalate delays or blockers to management for quick resolution.
- Communicate deadlines, reminders, and status updates to teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in workflow improvement and suggest process enhancements.
- Support project managers/department heads in task execution and progress monitoring.
- Document completed tasks, closure notes, and lessons learned.
Skills Requied:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- 0-6 months experience only preferred.
