What you'll do
You will be involved in the coordination and control of small to medium-sized projects and will also support the coordination of the SPM Continuous improvement process.
You will actively collaborate with the other team members within the SPM Security, PMO and Governance team as well as with other stakeholders from the larger SPM organization.

- Documentation & Standardization
- Technical: understanding of project and process management tools.
- Analytical: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Communication & Interpersonal: Ability to communicate effectively with various teams, present findings, and collaborate effectively.
- Project Management: Ability to manage projects, set timelines, and track progress.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology or related field
What you bring
- A positive attitude focused on collaboration, creativity as well as a structured approach in addressing the assigned tasks.
- At least 2 years experience in project management (better if supported by a foundational certification level) and some proven exposure to process improvement and management initiatives.
