Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Program Advisor who is fluent in Kannada to support our outreach, enrollment, and support services. The ideal candidate will help bridge communication between the organization and Kannada-speaking participants, providing guidance, information, and support throughout their journey with our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Kannada-speaking participants.
- Provide program information, guidance, and follow-up support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist in enrolling participants into programs and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Translate key materials and communications into Kannada as needed.
- Help design culturally relevant outreach strategies to increase program awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (education, outreach, administration) to ensure participant needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM or other data systems.
- Collect feedback and provide insights to improve program delivery for Kannada-speaking communities.
- Attend relevant events, meetings, or community outreach activities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
