Production Officer

Job Description:

Required Qualification/ Required Experience & Exposure:
1. M. Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
2. B. E. (Chemical)

3. Knowledge of Process, Equipment & Quality System.

At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in API preferably cGMP
Basic knowledge of Computer System Operation
Required Competencies:
1. Production Management.
2. Execution as per plan.
3. Handling & Troubleshooting of Equipment & process.
Job Description:

Responsible for execution of production plan using pre-approved procedures, protocols & manufacturing records to comply cGMP & EHS norms.

• Ensuring cleaning of area & equipment.
• Escalation of issues / failures to Superior.
• Handling DCS Operation & issues escalation in timely manner.
• Actively participate & support in the investigation of deviations/OOS/OOT & provide support to production for defining Corrective & Preventive Actions
• Actively participate in Audits: Regulatory Inspections/ Internal Audits etc.
• Responsible to train new joiners for on-job trainings.
• Looking after Tank Farm Area: Unloading & Loading of Tanker along with Planning by involving Supply Chain Team
• Reconciliation of Liquid RM. Creation of Purchase Orders. Batch preparations & closer with required documentations.
• Hands on experience of ERP & DCS System. RM Requisitions, Raw Material Dispensing.
• Knowledge of Quality Related Documentation like SOP, BMR, BPR, Validation & Qualification.
