1. Overview: As a SaaS Product Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by acquiring new clients for our innovative software-as-a-service solutions. Your primary objective will be to understand client needs, demonstrate our products effectively, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving overall company growth.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and functionality of our SaaS offerings.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding new clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide customer feedback.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas, contributing to overall company goals.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales processes and tracking customer interactions.

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and software solutions.

  • Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate sales performance metrics.

  • Strong knowledge of technology-related concepts to effectively communicate the value of the products.

4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS sales.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

5. Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional sales skills with a keen ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

  • Proficient in conducting engaging product demos that effectively highlight key features and benefits.

  • Strong lead generation capabilities, with experience in developing strategic outreach initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
