Overview
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our daily operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to travel to vendors and suppliers to purchase and collect required materials, ensuring timely availability of items for the office and production needs.
Responsibilities
- Visit local, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials as per company requirements.
- Ensure accurate collection, billing, and submission of purchased items.
- Maintain records of purchases and expenses.
- Assist in general office support tasks when required.
- Coordinate with the office team to understand daily procurement needs.
Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the city for procurement tasks.
- Basic knowledge of handling bills, invoices, and receipts.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
