Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and migrate tagging using Adobe Launch / AEP Web SDK with XDM schema alignment and Adobe Edge Network integration.
- Audit, validate, and maintain tagging consistency across Dev/QA/Prod.
- Set up campaign attribution (UTM/CID), visitor ID stitching (ECID/hashed IDs), and mapping to Analytics & CJA.
- Configure datasets, metrics, and segments for cross-channel analysis.
- Integrate and QA Adobe Target A/B testing & personalization, ensuring A4T reporting accuracy.
- Establish governance for naming, version control, change tracking, and performance optimization.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards with stakeholder-defined KPIs.
- Develop and validate SQL queries combining clickstream and non-clickstream datasets in Snowflake.
- Use LogRocket for behavioral insights, heatmaps, and UX improvement.
- Provide training, client consultation, and ongoing Adobe platform enablement.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Adobe Launch, AEP Web SDK, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and CJA.
- Strong skills in Tableau, SQL (Snowflake), and data governance.
- Experience with personalization strategy, tag performance optimization, and cross-team collaboration.
