Opportunity Overview: In this COE role, you will play a vital part in shaping performance management, rewards, employee engagement surveys, and career mobility. You will collaborate across functions, manage projects at the organizational level, and have the opportunity to influence and shape our broader HR strategies. Performance Management
- Drive and manage periodic rollouts of performance management processes at the organizational level
- Support system testing and implementation of performance management tool, ensuring alignment with the functional requirements. Provide training and support to end-users during rollouts.
- Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to performance management, maintain a centralized repository, and ensure version control and accessibility.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, share actionable insights to other functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for performance management-related queries across business units, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Collaborate with the internal communications team to support PMS campaigns and announcements.
Employee Surveys:
- Design and execute employee surveys on various touchpoints in collaboration with other functions.
- Drive participation; analyze survey results and report findings and insights.
Rewards and Recognition:
- Support the implementation of new Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programme launches in collaboration with vendors.
- Assist with R&R system enhancements and implementations, ensuring alignment with functional requirements. Provide training and support during rollouts.
- Prepare and share analytics and reports on R&R utilization, trends, and gaps, along with actionable insights for business functions.
- Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to R&R, maintain a central repository, and ensure accessibility and version control.
- Collaborate with the internal communications team to drive R&R campaigns and announcements by providing key messaging, themes, and campaign ideas to boost employee engagement
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA with at least 4 to 7 years of experience into HR COE, Business HR role or CnB role.
- Good exposure of performance appraisal, Employee survey, Rewards and Recognition.
- Collaborative, process-oriented, strong attention to details, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong excel and analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
