Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Implementation & Support:
- Ensure timely dissemination and implementation of curriculum plans, including lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
- Coordinate and monitor the preparation, dispatch, and delivery of question papers as per academic calendar.
- Track daily and weekly academic delivery across schools to ensure timely syllabus completion.
- Provide guidance and clarification to schools on curriculum-related queries.
2. Quality Assurance & Monitoring:
- Review academic deliverables (lesson plans, worksheets, question papers) for accuracy, alignment with learning objectives, and age-appropriateness.
- Conduct regular academic audits and share reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify gaps or challenges in academic implementation and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
3. Coordination & Communication:
- Serve as the key point of contact between the curriculum development team and the school academic teams.
- Coordinate with school coordinators and principals for academic updates, support requests, and feedback.
- Maintain documentation and trackers for academic delivery and implementation progress.
4. Training & Orientation:
- Support in training school academic staff on academic delivery expectations, assessment guidelines, and usage of learning materials.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new academic staff on tools, formats, and protocols.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive trackers for:
- Question paper delivery
- Academic delivery schedules
- Worksheet dispatch and usage
- Generate periodic reports on academic implementation for review by senior management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
