Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Primary School English Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to creating a positive and engaging learning environment for primary school students, fostering a love for the English language, and promoting effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive English language curriculum for primary school students.
- Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives and educational standards.
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to primary school students.
- Employ a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and creativity.
- Administer assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and track their progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate with parents/guardians regarding academic performance.
- Identify and address the individual learning needs of students through differentiated instruction.
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Establish and maintain a well-organized and conducive learning environment.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a positive and respectful atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a primary school English teacher.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
Skills:
