Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily activities and lesson plans. Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Support the development of children's social skills through positive interactions and guidance.Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment. Assist with set-up and clean-up of activities, meals, and rest periods. Observe and document children's progress and behavior, sharing insights with the Lead Teacher.Foster open communication with parents and guardians under the guidance of the Lead Teacher. Comply with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and school policies. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
