We're looking for a PPC & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team and help us drive ROI across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Design and implement marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, drip campaigns, and behavior-based triggers.
Set up and manage targeted email marketing campaigns using automation tools and CRM platforms.
Integrate and maintain CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and TeleCRM to support the entire customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with SEO, Social Media, and Content teams for aligned messaging and campaign goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to meet business objectives and KPIs.
Stay current with industry trends and innovations in PPC and marketing automation.
Requirements & Skills:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing ROI-focused PPC campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and email campaign strategy.
Experience with CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, TeleCRM, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical mindset; proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad reporting tools.
Excellent communication and reporting skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A proactive learner who thrives on continuous testing and optimization.
