Role Overview:
We are looking for a PPC executive who is an expert in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in scaling ad campaigns profitably, optimizing conversions, and generating high-quality leads at the lowest cost.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising & Campaign Execution:
Master Google Ads & Meta Ads – Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Facebook, and Instagram.
Set up and optimize campaigns with the right targeting, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve performance.
Implement lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom audience strategies to improve lead quality.
Funnel Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Optimize landing pages and user flows to increase conversions.
Identify drop-off points in the funnel and improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and CPA.
Work with designers and developers to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Analytics, Tracking & Performance Measurement:
Set up and manage Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
Ensure proper conversion tracking to measure CPL, CAC, and ROI.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights, trends, and action plans.
Monitor ad spend vs. revenue generated and optimize for profitability.
Budget & ROI Management:
Allocate and optimize monthly budgets across multiple campaigns.
Reduce cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) while ensuring high-quality leads.
Forecast ad spend and scale campaigns profitably.
Who Should Apply?
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in running and scaling Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
✔ Mastery of Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager, including audience targeting, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
✔ Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, and data-driven decision-making.
✔ Expertise in ad copywriting, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
✔ Proven experience in reducing CPL & CAC while increasing conversions.
✔ Hands-on experience with lead generation and direct response marketing.
✔ Strong understanding of customer psychology & sales funnels.
✔ Proficiency in Google Sheets & performance tracking dashboards.
