Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across departments.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project status, risks, and issues.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support the allocation of resources and ensure adherence to project budgets.
- Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes.
