- Meeting all physio to understand their point of view.
- Case discussion & Train team accordingly Case Analysis Problem Definition Statement of Objective Contingency Plan.
- Implementation of care plan/assessment/treatment protocol.
- Contribute actively to revenue growth by
- Delivering high-quality consultations
- Driving therapy extensions where necessary
- Supporting service excellence across all touchpoints
