ob Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management/executives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive.
- Organize travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate personal tasks such as reservations, errands, and household management (if required).
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in project management, research, and preparing presentations.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for tasks and commitments.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong command of English (additional languages will be a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
