Responsibilities
· Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, focused on B2B lead generation
· Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to drive campaign strategy
· Optimize ad creatives, budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize performance
· Track KPIs and prepare reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement
· Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure compelling creatives and landing pages
· Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in performance marketing
· Deliver measurable results aligned with business goals and marketing ROI
Skills Required
· A strong understanding of how performance marketing fits into the broader digital marketing strategy
· Experience in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
· Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Creative thinking and innovative marketing approach
· Excellent attention to detail and time management
· Ability to present performance data clearly to stakeholders
