We are Hiring: Performance Marketer (Minimum 2 years with proven results)
We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketer who has a track record of delivering measurable results in lead generation, ad campaigns, and ROI-focused digital marketing.
This role is perfect for someone who lives by KPIs and knows how to convert ad spend into real revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and manage high-conversion ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROAS, CTR & conversion goals
- Develop marketing strategies to boost course sales & workshop enrollments
- Regular performance tracking, A/B testing, and reporting
- Collaborate with content & design team for creatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in performance marketing
- Proven results with screenshots/data of previous successful campaigns
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms: Meta, Google, YouTube
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM tracking
- Ability to scale ads with budget optimization and deep audience understanding
