About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through targeted, performance-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and generate actionable insights to ensure maximum ROI.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across channels to optimize CPL and CPA.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Track and report on key KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Implement effective retargeting strategies to re-engage users and drive conversions.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C/B2B digital environments.
- Proven track record in lead generation and customer acquisition through paid channels.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis.
- Basic understanding of conversion funnels and landing page optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
