As an SEO and ORM Expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and managing our brand reputation. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic. Additionally, you will manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews, and implementing strategies to enhance brand perception. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will track performance metrics, conduct keyword research, and optimize website content. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our digital marketing initiatives align with overall business goals while staying updated on industry trends. Your proactive approach and strategic mindset will significantly contribute to our brand’s growth and reputation management.
Key Responsibility Areas
- SEO Strategy & Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
- Keyword Research & Optimization:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for growth. Optimize website content, metadata, and on-page elements for improved visibility.
- Content Development:
Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with business objectives.
- Online Reputation Management:
Monitor online reviews and brand mentions across platforms. Develop strategies to respond to feedback and enhance brand reputation.
- Technical SEO:
Work with web development teams to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.
- Staying Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in SEO, ORM, and digital marketing to implement best practices.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Techno-functional qualification/course in Digital Marketing, with a focus on SEO and ORM.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing SEO initiatives and online reputation managementd experience with data-driven decision-making. • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.

- Content and Visual Impact teams
- Website Management team
