Job Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels. You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI through paid advertising and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights through performance reports and dashboards.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Implement tracking and attribution models using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tech stacks.
- Work closely with product and CRM teams to align campaign efforts with customer lifecycle and funnel strategies.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid media.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page best practices, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced digital environment.
- Familiarity with attribution models and tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or HubSpot.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
