Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, traffic, brand awareness, and sales.
- Ad Creation & Optimization: Create engaging, high-converting ad copy, design ideas, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Platform Management: Manage paid campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok Ads.
- Budget Management: Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spend and return on investment (ROI) across all campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and report on results to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- A/B Testing: Run A/B tests for ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, creative, and analytics teams to ensure that paid ads align with overall marketing strategy and brand messaging.
- Market Research: Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and new advertising features to maximize campaign impact.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns adhere to social media platform guidelines, legal requirements, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in social media advertising or digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid social media campaigns.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (if applicable).
- Strong understanding of paid social media metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to write compelling ad copy and work with design teams to create visually appealing content.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
