Imperial Gold Cast is seeking a Packaging & Dispatch Executive to manage material procurement, organized storekeeping, product quality checks, accurate labeling, packing, and timely dispatch. This role is vital in ensuring efficient backend operations and smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Management:
- Place and follow up on purchase orders with vendors
- Receive and inspect materials for quantity and quality
- File challans, maintain stock entries, and share bills with accounts
- Ensure proper storage, prevent pilferage, and keep the store organized
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure system stock matches physical stock
Checking, Labelling & Packing:
- Check finished goods for defects (weight, size, polish, casting quality, etc.)
- Batch products and generate barcoded labels
- Label and pack the products as per order specifications
Dispatch Coordination:
- Prepare dispatch challans
- Send packed goods to the office or customers for final delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch planning
- Update customers on dispatch status
Required Skills:
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail in quality checking and packing
- Organized and vigilant with inventory and store operations
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, accounts, and logistics
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years in dispatch, packing, or storekeeping roles (manufacturing or trading industry preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
