Operations & Customer Support Executive
Location: Baner, Pune
About Us
ZeroLeakage is a leading company in water leak detection and structural thermography solutions. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented candidate to support our daily operations and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with clients and vendors
- Schedule & coordinate site visits for engineers
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
- Follow up on payments, reports, and client updates
- Collect client feedback & maintain records
- Assist in day-to-day operations for smooth workflow
- Maintain & update data in MS Excel and tracking tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Good organizational & time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently & handle multiple tasks
- Prior experience in operations, customer support, or admin work preferred (not mandatory)
