Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on business queries, market trends, competitors, and other relevant topics.
- Summarize findings into structured, digestible formats including reports, briefs, and documentation.
- Prepare visually engaging and professional presentations for internal reviews, client meetings, and leadership discussions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Maintain and update trackers, knowledge bases, and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather information and facilitate smooth workflow.
- Support reporting and analytics activities by compiling data from various sources and organizing it into meaningful formats.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support daily operational needs as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
- 0 - 1 years of experience in an operations, business support, or analyst role.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to gather, evaluate, and present information clearly.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Google Workspace, and presentation tools like Canva.
