Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Founder's Office Assistant (Operations) who will work closely with the founders to ensure day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives are executed smoothly. This role involves a blend of research, coordination, administrative support, and cross-functional collaboration—perfect for someone who wants to learn the ropes of building and scaling a startup from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
● Executive Support:
○ Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the founders.
○ Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
○ Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
● Research & Strategy:
○ Conduct in-depth research on ed-tech trends, sports & gaming industry developments, competitor strategies, and potential client segments.
○ Assist with drafting business plans, strategy decks, and investor presentations.
● Cross-functional Coordination:
○ Work with product, tech, marketing, and academic teams to track the progress of key projects (using OKRs or similar methods).
○ Assist in building strategic partnerships, content pipelines, and go-to-market strategies.
● Communication & Documentation:
○ Draft and proofread internal/external communication, presentations, proposals, and reports.
○ Maintain legal documents, student/client records, and internal knowledge bases.
● Operational Support:
○ Provide general admin support to ensure smooth functioning of the founder’s office.
○ Support in onboarding mentors, coordinating live sessions, and managing logistics.
○ Plan and coordinate workshops, webinars, bootcamps, or any internal/external events.
● Special Projects:
○ Be a part of strategic and exploratory initiatives—ranging from new course launches to business development efforts.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● High level of ownership, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
● Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and communication tools like
WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.
● Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers with good communication welcome)
