About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Online Chat Representative to join our support team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers through live chat, helping them with queries, issues, and information related to our products or services.
This role requires excellent written communication, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or messaging tools in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate product or service information to assist customers
- Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate to relevant departments when needed
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
- Record customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools
- Meet daily and weekly chat response and resolution targets
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication in English (Hindi or other regional languages is a plus)
- Strong typing speed and multitasking skills
- Basic computer literacy and experience with chat platforms (e.g., Freshchat, Zendesk, Intercom)
- Prior customer service or support experience is a bonus but not required
- Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
