Job Summary:
The Peon is responsible for performing various day-to-day support tasks in the office to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. This includes handling deliveries, maintaining cleanliness, assisting office staff, and running errands.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the office (pantry, desks, meeting rooms, etc.
Assisting in serving tea/coffee/snacks to staff and guests.
Assisting during meetings and events (arranging chairs, water, etc.
Reporting maintenance issues (lights, fans, plumbing, etc.) to the admin.
Supporting office staff in minor tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass
Basic reading and writing skills (local language)
Physically fit and willing to perform routine tasks.
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Conditions:
Full-time, on-site job.
Office hours: ( 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
May require occasional overtime.
