- Greeting the patients and visitors warmly and guiding them through the check-in process.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
- Registering patients and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining records and managing patient data
- Coordinating with other departments for patient-related concerns
- Ensuring the front office area is neat and organized at all times
- Handling administrative tasks as required
- Collecting Feedback from the customer.
