Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Ensure dusting, mopping, and regular sanitization is done properly.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Pantry Services
- Prepare and serve tea/coffee, water, and snacks to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
- Ensure sufficient stock of pantry supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, cups, etc.
- Document & Admin Support
- Collect and deliver files, documents, and parcels within the office and to/from external locations if needed.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and binding documents.
- Handle outdoor tasks such as banking, courier services, or purchasing office supplies.
- Visitor Management
- Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Serve refreshments to visitors.
- Clerical Support
- Assist HR/Admin in setting up meetings or preparing conference rooms.
- Support staff with basic errands and support services.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
