We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Office Boy to join our team at our office in Reay Road, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations and assist with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving tea/coffee/water to staff and guests
- Handling office cleaning and upkeep (desk, pantry, washroom)
- Managing basic errands like banking, post office, or nearby courier pickups
- Assisting in document filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Receiving and delivering packages and documents
- Supporting the office staff with administrative tasks
- Monitoring and replenishing pantry and cleaning supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum education: 10th Pass (preferred)
- Must be punctual, honest, and hardworking
- Basic understanding of office environment
- Polite and helpful attitude
- Must be from Reay Road or nearby areas (preferably within 30–45 mins travel time)
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
