Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
- Handle outdoor tasks such as delivering documents, collecting parcels, and banking work.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned.
- Manage office supplies and stationery; inform the admin for replenishment when needed.
- Support staff with minor errands and tasks to ensure efficient office functioning.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain the pantry area.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an Office Boy / Office Assistant preferred but not mandatory.
- Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (timings may vary as per company policy)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
