Job Description:
The Operations Assistant will support the company’s daily operations by coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring team productivity. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining operational reports.
- Tracking invoices, correcting errors, and keeping accurate financial records.
- Sending invoices and reminders to clients to ensure timely payments.
- Monitoring and scheduling company van services and maintenance.
- Communicating with other staff members to provide updates and send required reports.
- Tracking tasks assigned to team members and following up on completion.
- Assisting with day-to-day operational activities to maintain smooth workflows.
- Proactively communicating with management through Slack (proficiency is a plus).
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude while supporting all departments.
Requirements:
- English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to monitor tasks and hold others accountable.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
