We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
