We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator with strong computer skills to manage day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, email handling, and basic office software, ensuring smooth workflow and effective support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, correspondence, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and office files.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and scheduling of meetings.
- Assist in drafting letters, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients/vendors.
- Monitor office supplies, place orders, and maintain inventory.
- Ensure proper data entry, filing, and record keeping in both digital and physical formats.
- Support HR and accounts teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet, and basic accounting software).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle work with attention to detail.
