Key Responsibilities:
- Handle overall office administration and coordination tasks
- Manage front office operations, including receptionist activities and visitor management
- Should have knowledge of telephone etiquettes.
- Perform clerical and secretarial duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence
- Operate telephone systems and handle incoming/outgoing calls
- Oversee computer operations and ensure smooth functioning of basic office software/tools
- Assist in office management and ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Support internal teams with administrative requirements
The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, be well-groomed, and maintain a presentable appearance at all times.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
