Office Admin – Purchase & Operations

About Us:
Kalakriti is a premium ceramic serveware brand with over 30 years of B2B experience, working closely with the hospitality industry. We’re looking for a reliable Office Administrator to manage day-to-day purchase, stock, operations, and sales coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase & Inventory
- Manage inventory, stock reports, reordering, and vendor coordination
- Raise and track purchase orders
Operations
- Coordinate with packaging and logistics teams
- Handle dispatch, courier processing, and basic office maintenance
Sales & Admin Support
- Support B2B sales with PO generation, tracking, and execution
- Maintain attendance, billing, and respond to hotel enquiries
- Assist with routine office and coordination tasks
Preferred Background:
- Experience in ceramic/glassware, hospitality supply, packaging, or logistics
- Exposure to hotel/vendor coordination or institutional B2B sales
- Proficient in Excel and basic billing software
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
