Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance, registration, and enrollment information.
- Assist with the preparation of school reports, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for school staff and management.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Support the implementation and communication of school policies and procedures.
- Liaise with teaching staff, support staff, parents, and external bodies as needed.
- Oversee filing systems (paper and digital) and ensure secure storage of sensitive data.
- Support financial administration such as fee collection, petty cash handling, and budget tracking.
- Use school management software (e.g., PowerSchool, SIMS, OpenSIS) for data entry and reporting.
- Assist with emergency procedures and maintain up-to-date contact and health records.
