We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator who can efficiently manage day-to-day office operations while also supporting our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, maintaining records, and assisting the marketing team in promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office files, documentation, and database records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and daily office operations.
- Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and staff coordination.
Marketing & Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Manage social media postings and basic digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate tele-calling for leads and follow-up with potential customers.
- Support sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client communication.
- Help organize events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
