Goal Setting: Collaborating with clients to establish achievable and meaningful goals for daily living and work. Treatment Planning: Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that may include therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications. Therapeutic Interventions: Guiding clients through exercises, activities, and strategies to improve skills, manage pain, and enhance participation in desired activities. Education and Training: Educating clients, families, and caregivers about managing conditions, using adaptive equipment, and creating supportive environments. Environmental Adaptations: Recommending changes to the client's home, school, or workplace to improve accessibility and safety. Equipment Prescription: Identifying and recommending appropriate assistive devices to help clients with daily tasks. Progress Monitoring: Tracking client progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaboration: Working as part of a multidisciplinary team with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
