Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/ Assistant Manager, Agency Management
In this role, looking for a detail-oriented and proactive UAT Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT), with a focus on ensuring the quality and functionality of financial systems to improve consumer experiences.
Responsibilities

Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT) to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Identify and document defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolutions.

Prepare test documentation and reports, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Assist in training end-users on new systems and features.

Complete ad-hoc requests, including reporting and analysis for multiple projects
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
BCOM
SIT and/or UAT/QA experience
SQL and/or MS Access experience
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Relevant years in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or Quality Assurance (QA).
Proficient in SQL, MS Access, and advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience in financial system analysis, preferably with insurance/healthcare data.

Familiarity with AI tools and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred.

Familiarity with Test Automation practices and principles or general automation
