We are currently looking for a Medical Trainer with a robust clinical background and 2-3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess a BSc in Nursing or GNM, with a preference for BSc.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Extensive clinical knowledge and hands-on experience.
- A background in training with proven expertise in teaching or mentoring healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada for effective communication.
- Strong communication and soft skills to deliver engaging training sessions.
- Basic tech proficiency to support training needs.
