We are looking for a warm, organized, and efficient Receptionist to be the face of our newly established clinic on Bhandarkar Road.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 3 days a week, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Location: Bhandarkar Road, Pune
Role Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Handle phone calls, messages, and basic inquiries
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and waiting area
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a clinic or customer-facing role preferred but not essential
- Good communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.)
- Polite, patient, and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
