Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring a smooth and professional reception of guests, clients, and visitors. This role includes a variety of administrative and customer service tasks to support the office environment and ensure a positive experience for all who enter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally and ensure they are attended to promptly.
- Answer phone calls, redirect inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and office calendars.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, inventory, and records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures for visitors and clients.
- Ensure office security and monitor access to the premises.
- Provide general information about the company and direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Support coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
- Liaise with other departments for effective office operations and workflow
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: 0-1 year of front office or administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Note: Mandatory night shift. Nearby candidates are preferred.
